Large leafed black tea from China. Smoked over exotic woods rich in resin after roasting to give the traditional smoky spicy flavour. Bold and full bodied. From the Wuyi Mountains of the Fujian Province. Consists of large, mature, ripe leaves from the lower parts of the tea bush.

Brew: Infuse for 3 - 5 minutes. Serve on its own or with milk, sugar, or honey. Health Properties: its antioxidants could reduce the risk of cardiovascular disease, and type 2 Diabetes. It can enhance cognitive function. A nice drink at breakfast and in the afternoon.
