The coffees are packed in recyclable packaging and labelling bags that are either heat sealed or tied to maintain freshness. Any allergens are written in bold on the ingredients label at the back of each pack.
SWISS WATER METHOD OF DECAFFEINATING THE COFFEE BEANS
This method does not take out the flavour of the beans like other inferior processes resulting in producing all the delicious flavours and aromas as that of the single origin coffee beans used and with 99.9% of the coffee extracted.
The coffee beans are washed and hydrated using fresh water and then soaked with caffeine free green coffee extract before being moved to a holding tank where the remaining caffeine is extracted under high pressure in a proprietary carbon filtering system which traps the coffee molecules and nothing else. This process takes between 8 - 10 hours to complete and relies on no chemicals. The beans are then dried.
FLAVOURINGS
The flavoured coffees have natural flavourings added to them. Most of them are allergen free with no sugars, syrups or coatings added.
