Ceylon OP1 UVA of a high quality grade grown in the second least-populated UVA Province of of Sri Lanka (formerly called Ceylon) and by purchasing this tea you are supporting the locals of the area.
It is subtly sweet, having a malty taste with woody undertones.
Brew: Using boiling water infuse the tea leaves for 3 - 5 minutes. Serve with milk, sugar, honey or lemon - or serve black. A good breakfast or afternoon tea.
Grown at 900 - 1500 metres above sea level creating its delicate mellow flavour.
Health Benefits: if drunk frequently it can combat oxidative stress in the body reducing the risk of developing many chronic conditions.
