A very popular herbal tea because of it large number of health benefits. It has a nutty, earthy flavour with hints of bitterness. This tea is picked from the roots of the Ashwagandha plant (Withania Somnifera). Health Benefits: It is a potent herb, native to Africa and Asia. Healers use it to treat various conditions as it is good for stress relief; boosting brain function; improving heart health; supporting immune health; benefiting blood sugar levels; plus promoting sleep, and may boost an under-active thyroid.

However, there are possible SIDE EFFECTS, such as nausea, facial flushing and headaches. It may interact with certain medications or supplements so you are advised to consult a health care provider before taking.
