Signed Presentation illustrated book published by Naval Institute Press USA. (Message and Signature on a book plate sticker). The author was one of the first women in the United States to train as a military pilot and was part of a little-known WWII experiment called the WASP (Women Airforce Service Pilots) programme. An action packed story, often humorous and sometimes harrowing told mostly by the letters Hodgson wrote to a Marine Pilot.

Very minimal edgewear to dust wrapper. Condition of the hardback book is very good for its age. First edition. 1966.
