Decaffeinated using the non chemical Swiss Water technique. It is a top grade single origin coffee from the Indonesian Island of Sumatra where it is grown on the highlands. It has the classic big body, rich and earthy flavours just as the tastes of the non decaffeinated variety. Indonesian Coffee and Sumatra in particular is now one of the best known and most loved coffee growing regions in the world.
