There is some shelf wear to the soft covers with light scratches on the back cover (difficult to photograph), and there are marks on both top and bottom end papers where possibly a previous owner placed an elastic band on the book to keep the pages from opening. 367 pages including an index the last page of which is folded over.
The book tells of a limited number of the vast number of shipwrecks that occurred in the Great Lakes. True tales of dozens of thrilling shipwrecks told in an interesting manner complete with many illustrations. Much lake lore is woven into the tales of the wrecks.
