Papua New Guinea Madan Estate AA is a fully washed coffee using a mix of Arusha, Bourbon, Catimor, and Typica varietals. The Madan Estate is situated in the Jiwaka Province of Papua New Guinea, Oceania. A bright, really sweet coffee with balanced acidity followed by a rich boody. Notes of dried stone fruits, raisins and a honey-like finish.

Chemicals are prohibited and more natural methods used to fight pest and help wit soil fertility.
