The large, wild, curly leaves undergo fermentation and oxidation. Brew: Add the tea leaves to a tea infuser or filter and place inside a cup or mug. Freshly boil water then cool for a few minutes before pouring over the tea leaves. Infuse for only 2-3 minutes otherwise the taste will become bitter. Best served without any additions.
