This Indian Monsoon Malabar coffee is a full, unique medium to dark roasted coffee beans from the Indian state of Kerala. It is full-bodied with low acidity and malty, tawny characteristics with a smooth velvety taste.
One picked the coffee beans are exposed to the moist, salty monsoon winds and swell in the moisture of the air whilst losing some of their natural acidity.
Packed in heat sealed zipped bags.
